Dr. (Sr.) Oluyemo Catherine Ajoke is a lecturer in the Department of Sociology.  She obtained her Bachelor Degree in 1990 from the University of Western Ontario, London, Canadian.  She obtains her M.Sc. in 2006 and Ph.D. in 2012 both from Ekiti State University with special interest in Gender and Community Development.  She has published many articles both in Local and International Journals.  She has participated in lecturing and other official assignments for the Faculty of the Social Science (FSS) and Department of Sociology as Welfare Chairperson for both Faculty and Department.  She served as level Coordinator, PG Coordinator for the Department presently she is serving as the Deputy Director, Centre for Gender and Development Studies.
